as a new Zukunftsort, strengthening the ecosystem in which the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies operates through close collaboration between
Bayer AG
and
Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin

The new innovation district connects leading research, clinical expertise, and industry along the full health‑innovation value chain, creating ideal conditions for advancing cutting‑edge therapies from research into practice. 


As part of this future location, the Berlin‑Mitte health innovation ecosystem further reinforces Berlin’s international visibility and attractiveness in fields such as personalized, gene‑ and cell‑based medicine.
